Responsibilities

• Occupy hotel lobby and public areas during busy times.
• Engage Guests in conversation and provide assistance.
• Manage and resolve Guest complaints promptly.
• Greet VIP Guests and corporate clients upon arrival.
• Monitor Guest satisfaction reports and take actions.
