Front Desk Receptionist

We are currently hiring for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
  • Retrieve and distribute mail, packages, and faxes
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Assist with check-ins and check-outs of guests, including processing payments
  • Keep track of room availability and make reservations for guests as needed
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in hospitality or front desk management is a plus
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in a similar role preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage)
