Job summary

A leading AI-native venture builder in Doha is seeking a founding product engineer to develop the Utopia OS platform. The role involves building shared systems, integrating AI workflows, and ensuring a seamless data-driven experience. Candidates should possess strong full-stack and backend development skills with experience in modern web frameworks and data pipeline creation. Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in full-stack and backend development, preferably in a startup or AI context.
• Strong with modern frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, Next.js, or SvelteKit) and backend systems.
• Experience with data pipelines and modern data lakes, comfortable with CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain the Utopia OS infrastructure, including data systems and deployment.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and deployment across ventures.
• Collaborate closely with venture teams to integrate AI workflows and boost developer experience.
