Job summary

A leading hospitality company in Qatar is seeking a dedicated professional to supervise outlet operations, ensuring exemplary customer service and efficient staff management. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in hospitality services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards. Proficiency in Arabic and English will be a strong asset. This is a full-time position with no remote work options.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience of Hospitality Service work required.
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a team and supervise a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • High standards of honesty and integrity.
  • Strong personality, thick-skinned, able to deal calmly and confidently with diverse customers.
  • Hardworking and reliable with a strong work ethic.
  • Good personal hygiene.
  • Arabic and English speaking a strong asset.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the smooth running of the outlet.
  • Ensure the venue opens on time and is ready for business.
  • Ensure excellent front of house service and staff support.
  • Liaise with Head Chef to resolve problems during the shift.
  • Complete daily paperwork for venue management.
  • Check deliveries for accuracy and quality.
  • Ensure stock rotation and proper storage.
  • Monitor stock levels and replenish as required.
  • Record any wastage.
  • Coach and mentor staff.
  • Maintain high health and safety standards.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Supervise the smooth running of the outlet
  • Ensure the venue opens on time and are ready for business
  • Ensure excellent front of house service allocate and support staff throughout the shift to maintain speed of service and cleanliness of venue
  • Liaise on shift with Head Chef to resolve problems and ensure great service
  • Complete daily paperwork to ensure the safe running of the venue and for those standards to be monitored and maintained throughout the shift
  • Detailed check of deliveries for accuracy and quality of product
  • Ensuring stock is received and secured in cellars on delivery
  • Ensure stock rotation is applied when storing deliveries and that the correct storage method is applied to each product
  • Display stock levels should be monitored throughout your shift and replenished as required
  • Recording any wastage
  • Help coach and bring staff through
  • Ensure high standards of health and safety are maintained at all times
