Finishing Carpenter Vacancy in Doha, Qatar

We are seeking a skilled finishing carpenter to join our team in Doha, Qatar.

Responsibilities include:

1. Perform surface and trim carpentry work according to plans and requirements.
2. Procedure, cut, and mount various components and millwork such as doors, windows, ceiling panels, stairs, outdoor decking, and furnishings.
3. Erect scaffolding or ladders as needed.
4. Collaborate with other woodworkers, journeymen, and supervisors to complete projects.
5. Troubleshoot and repair issues with structural elements and equipment.
6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote safety on each worksite.

Requirements and Certifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Completion of an appropriate finishing woodworking training program or apprenticeship, or at least one year of carpentry experience.
• Attention to detail.
• Blueprint reading skills.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Proper PPE and woodworking tools.
