Job summary

A leading Medical Device company in Doha is seeking a Finance & Admin Officer to manage financial operations and support administrative tasks. You will handle accounts payable and receivable, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in a related field, 4-6 years of experience, and a valid Qatar driver's license. Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in accounting and office administration.
  • Good knowledge of Qatar's VAT and labor regulations.
  • Must have a valid Qatar driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full financial operations including AP/AR and reconciliations.
  • Prepare cash flow reports and payment forecasts.
  • Oversee daily office administration and procurement.

Job description

A leading Medical Device company is actively recruiting a Finance & Admin Officer for their Doha office.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
  • Manage the full financial operations management (AP/AR, GL and reconciliations).
  • Prepare cash flow reports, payment forecasts, and bank position updates.
  • Support monthly financial statements, variance analysis, and management reporting.
  • Oversees daily office administration, procurement, vendor management and provide support with HR as required.
  • Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, renewals, and employee documentation.
  • Reports to Finance Director and HR & Admin Director.
Skills

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 4 – 6 years of experience in accounting and office administration.
  • Good knowledge of Qatar’s VAT and labor regulations.
  • Proficient in ERP/Accounting systems and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Must have a valid Qatar driver’s license.
