Key Responsibilities
  • Recruiting, training, and supervising field sales representatives, providing coaching and support to enhance their performance and achieve sales goals.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, analyzing sales data, and identifying new market opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Tracking sales team performance, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and preparing sales reports.
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to align sales strategies with business objectives and ensure effective communication within the team and with senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in field sales and sales management of FMCG products in the GCC markets, is a must.
  • Extensive experience in the sales of FMCG products in the GCC markets is a must, and particularly in management roles is essential.
  • FMCG experience in the GCC markets is a must, preferably in Qatar.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and analyze sales data.
  • Proficiency in relevant sales and CRM software.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
