The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all service-related aspects, ensuring that the highest standards of luxury and care are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional service standards are met.
• Manage and train a team of service staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable and efficient.
• Develop and implement service protocols and procedures tailored to the palace environment.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations and guest experiences.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and discretion.
• Monitor service quality and implement improvements as needed.
• Ensure the palace is appropriately staffed at all times, overseeing scheduling and staff performance.

Requirements
