Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in merchandising for a retail or fashion company.
• Knowledge of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship skills.
• Analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.
