Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
• Must be able to lift and carry materials up to 80 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Respond to plumbing repair requests throughout the facility.
• Maintain and replace water, steam, gas, and drain piping.
• Maintain plumbing fixtures, valves, and fire standpipe systems.
• Keep grease traps and sewage ejector pits clean.
