Job summary

A leading hotel in Doha is looking for a passionate Cost Controller to oversee F&B cost controlling and collaborate with the Food & Beverage Department. Candidates should possess a degree in hotel management or accounting and a minimum of two years experience in a hotel setting. Excellent English communication skills and computer literacy are a must. Qualifications

  • At least two years previous experience within a hotel environment.
  • Ability to think laterally and process information through computer systems.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise closely with the Food & Beverage Department on cost related issues.
  • Prepare costing for recipes and suggest selling prices.
  • Perform test checks on receiving goods to ensure procedures are followed.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
