Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Doha is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant Server to support the dining team in delivering an exceptionally served experience. You will assist the Food Server, clear and reset tables, and perform side work to uphold Four Seasons standards of quality, professionalism, and friendliness.

The role requires an outgoing personality, the ability to work weekends and holidays, and strong English language skills.

Qualifications

• General food knowledge required.
• Good personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform to Four Seasons standards and handle side work.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Food Server to provide an expertly served dining experience.
• Support the Food & Beverage team in maintaining high service standards.
• Clear and reset tables according to Four Seasons specifications.
• Perform side work, polish silverware and refill condiment containers.
• Work weekends, nights and holidays as required.
