Job summary

Jing Hau in Al-Rayyan, Qatar is seeking an Experienced Gardener for a full-time role. You will maintain and care for our gardens on the property, plant flowers, trees and shrubs, and ensure healthy growth through watering and pruning.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of professional gardening experience, fluent English, and the physical fitness to perform demanding tasks. Accommodation is provided, and the position requires urgent availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional gardening experience.
• Knowledge of different plant types and care.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and care for all plants and gardens on the property
• Plant new flowers, trees, and shrubs as needed
• Water plants regularly and monitor their growth
• Weed garden beds to ensure a clean and tidy appearance
• Prune trees and shrubs to promote healthy growth
• Monitor for pests and diseases and take appropriate actions to control them
• Keep tools and equipment clean and well-maintained
• Communicate with supervisors about any issues or concerns regarding the gardens
