We are seeking an experienced and professional Executive Secretary to join our team at Premium Solutions Consultancy. As an Executive Secretary, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our executives and managing their schedules and communications. You will also handle confidential and sensitive information, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, and assist with special projects as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel
  • Handle and prioritize incoming communications (phone calls, emails, letters)
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and presentations
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Assist with special projects as assigned
Qualifications
  • -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field preferred.
  • -Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar role supporting C-level executives.
  • -Exceptional time and resource-management skills to meet deadlines within time constraints
  • -Ability to prepare draft documents in a clear and concise manner
