Job summary

A leading company in administrative services in Doha is seeking a Personal Assistant to manage correspondence, maintain schedules, and support health and safety initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in office applications, and ERP knowledge, preferably SAP. This role demands a highly organized individual who can present professional reports and handle multiple tasks effectively.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in managing correspondence.
  • Proficient in gathering and monitoring information.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

  • Compile data and prepare error-free reports.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications effectively.
  • Maintain a scheduling system for appointments.
  • Log visitors and appointments for reference.
  • Distribute and record correspondences accurately.
  • Organize documents in the superior’s signature file.
  • Monitor compliance with the quality management system.
  • Support HSE initiatives and safety awareness.
