Head Chef - Indian Cuisine


We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef with a passion for Indian cuisine to join our team in Doha. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Indian kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management. Your creativity and expertise in Indian cuisine will be key in developing innovative and high-quality dishes that will delight our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus featuring authentic and modern Indian dishes
- Train and lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure consistency and quality in food preparation
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control to meet budget targets
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated with current food trends and incorporate them into menu development

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef specializing in Indian cuisine
- Proven track record of creating innovative dishes while maintaining authenticity in flavors
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team
- In-depth knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, cooking techniques, and regional variations
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English is preferred
- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field is desirable

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Doha

Visa Sponsorship: Available

This is a full-time position. Part-time options may be considered for exceptional candidates.
