Seasonal Executive Chef

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team for a seasonal position in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. As an Indian national, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and creativity while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities for the restaurant
  • Create menus that are innovative, diverse, and cater to the needs of our customers
  • Oversee kitchen operations and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff
  • Train and mentor staff on various cooking techniques, recipes, and safety procedures
  • Ensure quality control of all food items prepared and served
  • Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain a clean kitchen environment

Requirements:

  • Indian nationality preferred
  • Prior experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant setting
  • Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
  • Creativity in menu planning with knowledge of various cuisines
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, holidays, etc.
  • Valid work visa or eligibility for visa sponsorship
  • No prior experience required - training will be provided
