Overview

Executive Chef for Indian Cuisine. We are in search of an experienced Executive Chef with a passion for Indian cuisine to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our Indian restaurant and ensuring the highest quality of food and service. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1700$.

Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain menus that reflect authentic Indian flavors while also catering to dietary restrictions and preferences
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff in preparing and presenting dishes according to our standards
  • Monitor food costs and inventory levels to ensure budget targets are met
  • Work closely with the front-of-house team to provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as an Executive Chef specializing in Indian cuisine
  • Strong knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques
