Job summary

A leading construction firm in Doha is seeking a qualified engineer with a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in MEP and Infrastructure projects. The role involves analyzing project specifications, coordinating with teams for accurate cost breakdowns, and providing support during the bidding process. Candidates with NOC able to join immediately are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP and Infrastructure and pipeline works, with a proven track record in cost estimation and project management.
• Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other relevant documents to develop accurate cost breakdowns.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, etc.) to gather all necessary information for estimating.
• Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
• Provide support during the bidding process, including the preparation of tender documents.
• With NOC and can join immediately.
