Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an Equity Research Expert to contribute to a remote client project focused on advanced financial analysis, modeling, earnings analysis, and sector insights.

The role involves evaluating equity research content, training AI systems, and delivering concise research summaries. Candidates should bring extensive sell-side research experience with ownership of company models and the ability to defend investment theses across multiple earnings cycles.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Sell-Side Research Associate/Analyst/VP/Director with ownership of company models and research.
• Experience covering multiple companies across several earnings cycles.
• Strong understanding of business drivers, financial performance, and valuation.
• Deep expertise in at least one sector, such as banking, insurance, biotech, technology, or other industries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in earnings analysis, peer benchmarking, valuation, and event-driven research.
• Experience developing and defending investment theses and research views.

We are seeking experienced Equity Research Experts to contribute to a customer project focused on advanced financial analysis, modeling, earnings analysis, and sector insights.

You'll apply your expertise to evaluate real-world equity research content and help train next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required.
