Job summary

Workato in Qatar is seeking an entry-level UI designer to craft visually compelling interfaces for our digital products. You will collaborate with designers and developers to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that communicate ideas clearly.

You should have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic or Digital Design, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma. Basic HTML/CSS is a plus; excellent English communication is required; Hindi is a plus.

Entry Level UI Designer

As an Entry Level UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. Your role will involve collaborating with other designers and developers to bring our clients' visions to life. We are looking for talented individuals who are passionate about design and have a strong eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate designs
• Use industry-standard design tools to create high-quality designs that meet client requirements
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
• Stay up-to-date with current design trends and techniques
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly
• Communicate design ideas and concepts effectively to team members and clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field
• Strong portfolio showcasing your UI design skills (please include link or samples)
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in Hindi is a plus)
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
