Your duties will include measuring and mixing ingredients, shaping dough, monitoring baking times and temperatures, and ensuring quality control. You must have prior experience working in a bakery or kitchen environment and be able to follow recipes accurately. This is an entry‑level position, so no previous professional experience is required; however, a passion for baking and willingness to learn is essential.
