Job summary

Workato is seeking a responsible Indian Babysitter to join a family in Ar-Ruwais. You will provide quality care and supervision for children, ensuring safety and well-being at all times, in a home environment.

The ideal candidate has prior babysitting experience, excellent references, and fluent English to communicate with parents and children. CPR/First Aid is a plus, and accommodation is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous babysitting experience preferred.
• Must be fluent in English to communicate with children and parents.
• Excellent references from previous families or employers.
• Must be reliable, responsible, patient, and trustworthy.
• Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly.
• Valid CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children
• Prepare and serve meals and snacks for the children
• Help with homework and engage in educational activities with the children
• Plan and organize age-appropriate activities for the children; Maintain a clean and tidy play area for the children
• Administer first aid in case of emergencies
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's daily activities, progress, and any concerns
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols set by the parents
