Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Administer medication reminders according to prescribed schedules
• Provide companionship and engage clients in mentally stimulating activities
• Monitor clients' health status and report any changes or concerns to supervising nurse or family members
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients by following infection control protocols
• Accompany clients to medical appointments or other outings as needed
• Document all care provided accurately and maintain confidentiality of client information
