A leading oil and gas company in Qatar seeks an Employee Relations Specialist to support the Head of Employee Relations. The role involves overseeing personnel administration, managing employee queries, and ensuring HR systems efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business or HR, significant experience in employee relations, and a strong understanding of Qatar Labour Law.

Job Summary and Purpose
Provide support to the Head of Employee Relations in operational and administrative tasks to resolve all matters related to Employee Relations in NAKILAT & Joint Venture companies. Assist in developing and implementing effective policies and procedures related to Employee Relations. Perform personnel administration activities, including preparing and processing personnel actions from engagement to end of service. Coordinate with IT for HR system development and utilization.

External: Service providers, external HR professionals, government agencies.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
Experience: 5-7 years, with 3-5 years in a similar role. Oil & Gas industry experience preferred.
Skills: Knowledge of employee relations, HRIS, Qatar Labour Law, and MS Office.
