Qualifications

• Essential personal training certification from an accredited organization (NASM/ACSM/NSCA/ACE/REPs).
• Valid CPR/AED certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, exercise programming and coaching principles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations and assessments to understand health and fitness background, goals, and barriers.
• Deliver safe, engaging one-to-one and small group training sessions.
• Design personalised training programmes with progressive overload and periodisation.
• Track progress with records of training history, assessments and performance improvements.
• Build strong client relationships and drive retention through professional communication and motivation.
• Support PT sales by converting prospects and communicating value of services.
• Maintain professional standards, brand representation and adherence to safety procedures.
