We are looking for a qualified Electrical Supervisor with strong experience in Facilities Management (FM) to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical maintenance activities, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting day‑to‑day FM operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance and repair works
• Manage a team of technicians and ensure tasks are completed on time
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems and equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Prepare reports, maintenance schedules, and troubleshoot issues
• Support FM operations across the facility

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the FM sector in Qatar
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance & troubleshooting
• Good communication and leadership skills
