Indo Arab in Doha is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support design, installation, testing and maintenance of electrical systems on our projects.

You will prepare drawings, BOQs and documentation, coordinate with site teams and consultants, ensure compliance with safety standards, and help deliver projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience is mandatory.
• At least 1 year of experience in Qatar is mandatory.
• Experience in MEP, construction or infrastructure projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design installation testing and maintenance of electrical systems
• Prepare electrical drawings BOQs and technical documentation
• Support project execution and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
• Coordinate with site teams consultants and subcontractors
• Monitor work progress and provide project updates to the Division Manager
• Assist in inspection testing and commissioning activities Ensure electrical works are completed according to approved drawings specifications and applicable standards
• Coordinate with consultants subcontractors suppliers and other stakeholders for smooth project execution Maintain accurate site records reports and documentation
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes local regulations and project safety standards
• Support timely completion of assigned site activities and resolve site issues as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering – Mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience – Mandatory.
• At least 1 year of experience in Qatar – Mandatory.
• Experience in MEP, construction, or infrastructure projects.
• Nationality: Indian / Filipino.
• Basic knowledge of electrical codes and standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel as required.
• Candidates locally available in Qatar preferred.
