Job summary

A leading engineering firm based in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to oversee the scheduling, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment. The ideal candidate must hold a Diploma in Electrical and possess 3-5 years of relevant experience in Oil and Gas or Hydrocarbon sectors. A valid driving license is required for local hires. This role ensures compliance with health and safety standards while maintaining operational integrity.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in Oil and Gas/ Refinery/ Petrochemical or other Hydrocarbon facilities.
• Valid Qatari Light Vehicle Driving License for those hired locally.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate scheduling of all Electrical equipment.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards.
• Monitor quality and provide maintenance tasks.

Job Overview

To plan, manage and coordinate the scheduling, maintenance, calibration, inspection and troubleshooting activities of all Electrical equipment's (Fixed) at the facility to ensure optimum integrity and reliability in accordance with guidelines and HSE standards in order to support uninterrupted operations and effective upkeep of assets

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma / Technical/ Trade Certificate in Electrical is required.
• Hired Locally - Must hold a valid Qatari Light Vehicle Driving License.
• Hired Overseas - Must hold a valid Home Country or any other country Light Driving License.

Minimum Experience

3-5 years' post qualification relevant experience in Oil and Gas/ Refinery/ Petrochemical or other Hydrocarbon facilities.
