Job summary

Swan Global is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to lead the design and technical supervision of electrical systems for Lusail Plaza Towers. You will ensure designs meet project requirements, local regulations, and international standards, coordinating with architects and MEP teams.

The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of experience in high-rise or commercial projects and is proficient in Dialux, AutoCAD and Revit MEP, with strong knowledge of QCS and IEC/IEEE codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 5-8 years of experience in electrical design for high-rise buildings or commercial complexes.
• Proficiency in Dialux, AutoCAD and Revit MEP mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of QCS and international codes (IEC, IEEE).

Responsibilities

• Develop and review detailed electrical system designs including power distribution, lighting and low current systems.
• Prepare technical specifications, load schedules and single line diagrams.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers and MEP teams to resolve design clashes.
• Review shop drawings and material submittals for design compliance.
• Attend technical meetings and provide solutions to on-site design challenges.
