Job summary

ConFlip in Al-Rayyan, Qatar is seeking a compassionate Caregiver for Elderly with at least 2 years of experience. This full-time position offers a monthly salary of 1700 USD, with accommodation and visa sponsorship.

You will assist with daily living activities, administer medications, prepare meals, support mobility, monitor health, and provide companionship. Fluency in English is required; Arabic skills are a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a caregiver for elderly individuals
Fluent in English (Arabic speaking skills are an advantage)
Must have a valid work visa or be eligible for visa sponsorship in Qatar
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently

Responsibilities

Providing assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Administering medication as prescribed by the client's physician
Preparing meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences
Maintaining a clean and safe living environment for the client
Assisting with mobility and physical therapy exercises
Monitoring and reporting any changes in the client's health or behavior
Providing companionship and emotional support to the client
