Confidential is seeking a Data Management Specialist to lead the collection, analysis, interpretation, and presentation of school performance data in collaboration with schools and improvement partners to drive system-wide improvement.

You will design data systems, apply advanced statistics, and develop dashboards and data repositories to deliver actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders. The role demands strong communication and report-writing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, MIS, psychometrics, educational measurement, or closely related field.
• Professional experience in data management, data analytics, psychometrics, or educational research.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage data collection systems, evaluation instruments, sampling frameworks, and analytical tools.
• Analyze complex educational datasets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Produce dashboards, visualizations, and performance summaries for stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain performance databases, benchmarks, and data repositories.
• Lead advanced statistical analyses including factor analysis and SEM.
• Support schools in strengthening data collection and evaluation capabilities.
• Identify trends through proactive data mining to inform decisions.
