Qualifications

• Experience in digital content production, editorial coordination, or project management.
• At least one prior professional experience within an art institution, gallery, museum, or cultural organization.
• Experience working within international or cross-cultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the production of editorial and social media content for Art Basel Qatar and its partners.
• Manage content timelines, approval workflows, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external writers, filmmakers, and translators.
• Upload, publish, and quality-check content across digital platforms.
• Gather and organize partner feedback for all content packages.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic

Strong organizational and project management capabilities

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Familiarity with CMS platforms

Experience writing or editing SEO-optimized content

Knowledge of contemporary art

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Art History, Journalism, Communications
