Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning activities for Early Years students.
• Create a safe, nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and language development.
• Use play-based and child-centred approaches to encourage active learning.
• Prepare lesson plans, learning resources, classroom activities, and assessments.
• Observe and monitor children's development and maintain accurate progress records.
• Promote positive behaviour and maintain effective classroom management.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress and development.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to provide appropriate learning experiences.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development programmes.
