Job summary

PPOAR in Doha, Qatar is seeking an entry-level Waiter to join our dining team. You will take orders, serve meals and beverages, and help ensure a pleasant guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong communication, attentiveness, and a willingness to learn. Training will be provided, with a competitive monthly salary of 1,700 QAR. We are open to considering an immigrant for the role to support our diverse team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a waiter role preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers.
• Attention to detail when taking orders and serving food & drinks.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon arrival and take orders in a professional manner.
• Serve meals and beverages to customers.
• Refill glasses and clear dishes as needed.
• Ensure that all customers have a positive dining experience.
• Follow all health safety regulations when handling food.
• Perform cleaning duties such as wiping down tables and sweeping floors.
• Assist with other tasks such as restocking supplies, setting up tables, etc.
