• Transport Goods: Deliver packages and other items to designated locations, following assigned routes and schedules.
• Load and Unload: Safely load and unload items from the delivery vehicle, ensuring that goods are handled with care to prevent damage.
• Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns during the delivery process.
• Route Navigation: Use GPS and navigation tools to determine the most efficient delivery routes, adjusting as necessary for traffic and weather conditions.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking numbers, delivery times, and customer signatures.
