Job summary

ConFlip in Doha, Qatar is seeking a Salesman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our products and services to customers, and for providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with sound interpersonal skills in order to effectively interact with customers.
• They should be highly motivated and goal-oriented with an ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell our products and services to customers and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our system.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries or complaints.
• Evaluate customers' needs and make appropriate product recommendations.
• Attend trade shows or exhibitions when needed.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance; researching competitive products in the market.
• Develop strategies for increasing customer base and coordinate sales activities with other departments (e.g., marketing).
