Job summary

Alphaconnect in Doha is seeking a driven Sales Representative to promote our products to new and existing customers, building relationships and delivering exceptional service to meet revenue targets.

This full-time role offers a monthly salary of 1100$ and training opportunities in a diverse, inclusive workplace; English communication is essential, and MS Office knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel).
• Ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Must have legal authorization to work in Qatar.
• Biometric passport or ability to obtain one is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure consistent messaging and effective sales strategies.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and new product launches.
• Prepare reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products/services.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
