Job summary

JobCenter in Doha, Qatar is seeking a driven Sales Representative to join our team. You will promote and sell our products to potential customers in the African market and build new business relationships.

This full-time role requires excellent English communication, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds. Prior experience is not required, and training is provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
• Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to build rapport with customers from different cultural backgrounds
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude towards achieving targets

Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and develop new business relationships in the African market
• Promote and sell our products through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the African market
• Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sales with customers to ensure mutual satisfaction
• Build long-term relationships with customers to increase repeat business
• Keep track of sales performance and report progress to management
