We are seeking a highly qualified Psychiatrist for a clinic in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on outpatient care delivering quality treatment to patients with mental health issues.

The candidate must hold a medical degree with board certification in psychiatry and a valid license from their home country, with willingness to obtain Qatar credentials. Experience with children and adolescents is preferred.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution with board certification in psychiatry.
• Valid medical license from home country required.
• At least 3 years of experience preferred in psychiatry.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and treat mental health conditions in outpatient settings.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for patients based on condition and needs.
• Prescribe medications as needed to manage symptoms.
• Provide psychotherapy such as CBT, DBT or other evidence-based therapies.
• Educate patients on healthy lifestyle habits for mental health.
• Consult with other healthcare professionals on patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
