Job summary

Avanta Works in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a highly motivated Paramedic to join our emergency medical team. You will deliver life-saving care in high-pressure situations and coordinate rapid field assessments and treatment.

The ideal candidate holds a valid Paramedic license, at least three years of EMS experience, and exceptional communication and organizational skills. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment, work independently, and be willing to cover night, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid license to practice as a Paramedic.
• Minimum of three years’ experience as a Paramedic in an EMS setting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to assess and stabilize patients quickly and effectively.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of infection control protocols.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations relating to Paramedics.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide life-saving medical care in emergencies.
• Respond to EMS calls and triage patients on scene and during transport.
