Job summary

India Abroad in Doha, Qatar is seeking a Light Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing transportation services to staff, clients and partners, and for maintaining vehicle safety and timely arrivals.

Requirements include a valid driving license, good knowledge of Doha routes, ability to read maps or use GPS, and the ability to lift heavy items. English is preferred but not required. We offer 1,000 QAR per month plus medical insurance and annual leave.

Qualifications

• Valid driving license and clean driving record.
• Good knowledge of roads/routes around Doha.
• Ability to read maps or use GPS when needed.
• Ability to lift heavy items when necessary.
• English is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Driving safely and transporting personnel and goods.
• Inspecting the vehicle prior to use for safety and cleanliness.
• Maintaining trip records (distance, fuel, maintenance).
• Following designated routes to destinations within time frames.
• Keeping the vehicle in good condition at all times.
• Communicating with relevant department if issues arise during trips.
