Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of handyman experience in construction or property maintenance.
• Proficient in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and related tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic a plus).
• Physically fit for manual labor.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and maintenance on commercial and residential properties.
• Inspect properties to identify issues and plan repairs or renovations.
• Purchase necessary materials and supplies for projects.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools.
• Respond to emergency repair requests promptly.
• Communicate progress with clients regarding updates and timelines.
