Job summary

PPOAR in Doha, Qatar is seeking a caring, responsible babysitter to join our family. The role is full-time, offering 1200 USD per month and accommodation benefits. You will care for our children, keep them safe, and follow routines.

The position emphasizes independent work, good communication with parents, and ability to manage multiple children. Previous experience is not required but welcome.

Qualifications

• Preferably African nationality with no English proficiency required
• Previous experience working as a babysitter or nanny is not required, but preferred
• Must be comfortable working without direct supervision
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple children at once
• Must be physically fit and able to keep up with active children
• Good communication skills in order to effectively communicate with both parents and children

Responsibilities

• Create a safe and healthy environment for our children
• Prepare meals and snacks for the children
• Engage the children in age-appropriate activities
• Monitor the children's activities at all times
• Follow any specific routines or schedules set by the parents
• Help with homework or school assignments as needed
• Assist with bedtime routines and ensure the children are tucked in and asleep on time
• Communicate effectively with parents about any concerns or updates regarding the children's well-being
