Job summary

ConFlip is seeking a talented Freelance Graphic Designer to join our Doha team on a contract basis. You will collaborate with clients and teammates to translate brand identity into compelling visuals for print and digital media.

The ideal candidate has proven graphic design experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). We welcome applications from qualified candidates, and prefer those with experience working on African projects or

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects across various mediums.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout design, and other design principles.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
Attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and objectives
Create visual concepts and designs that align with client's brand identity and messaging
Develop high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for both print and digital platforms
Use graphic design software and tools to produce creative and original designs
Provide revisions based on feedback from clients and team members
Meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards
