Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Floral Designer or similar role.
• Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants and greenery and their care instructions.
• Ability to create unique designs meeting client preferences while considering current trends.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
• Strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail is crucial for high-quality arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to determine floral design needs for events.
• Create custom floral arrangements meeting client specifications and budget.
• Select best quality flowers and greenery for each arrangement.
• Arrange flowers considering color, texture and overall design.
• Handle all flower care including trimming stems and keeping fresh.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and order new stock as needed.
• Assist with setting up and decorating event spaces with floral arrangements.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries promptly.
