ConFlip in Doha is seeking a highly motivated Electrical Engineer to join our team. You will design, install and maintain electrical systems for buildings according to project specifications and codes.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 1–2 years’ experience, can work independently and in a team, and communicates clearly. This role offers exposure to international standards and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years’ experience as an Electrical Engineer.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of installation and maintenance of equipment/systems.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, install and maintain electrical systems for buildings and other structures according to project specifications, codes and regulations.
• Ensure all wiring is up to code and safely installed using testing equipment such as multi-meters or insulation testers.
• Develop blueprints, schematics and diagrams for electrical systems based on drawings provided by architects or engineers.
• Evaluate cost estimates for projects and materials; order materials and equipment; maintain inventory records; coordinate subcontractors.
• Monitor systems performance and troubleshoot issues; provide technical support; repair or replace faulty wiring components; track installations and repairs in logs/reports.
