Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate all types of cranes, including truck-mounted, tower, overhead traveling, and gantry cranes.
• Ensure crane setup and operation follow safety guidelines.
• Inspect the crane prior to use to ensure parts are in good order.
• Operate within rated capacity for each job.
• Follow local regulations regarding crane operation in different settings.
• Perform maintenance on the crane as needed.
• Monitor workloads and adjust speed or direction as needed.
• Collaborate with other workers on site to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
