Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, equipment, and safety regulations.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and stakeholders to meet requirements.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Manage project budgets and seek cost-saving measures when needed.
• Oversee selection of materials and equipment for projects.
• Resolve issues or delays during construction.
• Conduct quality control to meet standards.
• Communicate progress and concerns to all stakeholders.
