Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper in a professional environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of cleaning materials and techniques.
• Good communication skills with an excellent customer service attitude.
• Physical strength to lift heavy objects or bend down for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of public areas, such as lobbies, corridors, stairwells, and other common spaces
• Sweep and mop floors; vacuum carpets; dust furniture and fixtures; empty garbage containers; clean windows and mirrors; wash walls; replenish bathroom supplies
• Maintain the cleanliness of all bathrooms by scrubbing surfaces, removing trash, cleaning toilets and sinks
• Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and contact supervisor when supplies are low
• Follow safety guidelines when using cleaning products or equipment
